When you create a profile, you may provide information about your sales roles, achievements, deal sizes, territories, ICP/persona, and other professional details.

We may collect non-identifying information about how you interact with the Platform, such as IP addresses, device information, and browsing data.

1.4 Cookies

The trackrec.co website does not set cookies. It stores nothing on your device, loads no fonts or other assets from third-party servers, and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking technology.

We measure website traffic using Vercel Web Analytics, which is served from our own domain, sets no cookies, and does not identify or profile individual visitors.

The TrackRec application at app.trackrec.co uses cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep you signed in. These are required for the application to work and cannot be turned off. We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking the strictly necessary ones will prevent you from signing in.

The TrackRec application also measures how people use it with PostHog, a product analytics service. We record named events only, such as a page being opened or a step being completed, together with your account identifier and your role on the platform. PostHog does not record your screen, takes no heatmaps, sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device for this purpose, and is instructed to work out no location from your connection. These events never carry the text you type, your pay figures, your name or your email address. PostHog, Inc. processes this data on our behalf under a data protection agreement.

How We Use Your Information

2.1 Platform Operations

We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including algorithmic matching between Candidates and Recruiters.

2.2 Recruitment Matching

Candidates’ profile data may be shared with Recruiters who post or view relevant positions, but only to facilitate job matching as described in the Terms.

2.3 Anonymized Insights

We may aggregate and anonymize data (including salary information) to provide insights and analytics to our user community. Personally identifiable information is removed in this process.

2.4 Communication

We may use your email address to send updates, notifications, or information related to your account or the Services. You can opt out of certain communications at any time.

Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us deliver our Services (e.g., hosting providers, and PostHog for product analytics as described in section 1.4), subject to data protection agreements.

When you submit an enquiry form on our website, its contents are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form relay acting on our behalf.

3.2 Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect our rights.

3.3 User-Generated Content

Any information you voluntarily submit to the Platform (e.g., professional details in your profile) may be viewable by other registered users, subject to privacy controls that may be available in your account settings.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You share information at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

You may request deletion of your account at any time; upon such request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information to the extent feasible.
