Since inception, TrackRec has aimed to transform the way companies and candidates find each other. We believe that a great hire begins with transparency, data-driven matching, and a bias-free environment.

We enable companies to post jobs and immediately view anonymised top matches. If they’re interested, employers pay and we then alert candidates with full role details and ask for consent. If a candidate opts in, we introduce both parties and the hiring process begins.
